After spending the summer in west Kerry, I'm back in Dublin for a bit. Is there a music shop with a trad/sean nós selection that's head and shoulders above the rest? Tower Records and HMV aren't cutting it.

Specifically, I'm looking for a sean nós compilation CD. I like the sean nós and sean nós inspired songs of Lasairfhíona Ní Chonaola and Róisín Elsafty, if that helps.

I also wouldn't mind picking up a compilation where the Uilleann pipes are given prominence (in their regional variations).

Suggestions?

Your best bet is Claddagh Records 2 Cecilia Street, Temple Bar (known as Barra an Teampaill in Irish, incorrectly!) A great selection and very helpful, knowledgeable staff. There is a shop called something like 'Celtic Note' on Nassau Street which has a lot of good stuff and a lot of Paddywackery.

Go n-éirí do chuairt leat.

Great. A user on another forum also recommended Claddagh records so I will check them out tomorrow.
