Context will dictate the translation. Do you mean "I am still led by my heart"? |

well here's the quote it is from if it helps:
"And we see first, second behind my heart is my mind
Third behind my mind is my body.
Fourth behind my body is my soul
And my heart stays in the lead."
I think that "I am still led by my heart" could work.
What do you think?

Not for me.
"Chun tosaigh" would work for leading a race, but not for leading a person. |

What does it mean?
(I prefer foghlaí mara to píoráid).
Do you mean that the smile conceals a pirate? That the smile is somehow false?

I know that píoráid sounds like a bearlachas, but that foghlaí mara might specifically be a sea-pirate.
That said "Folaíonn an mionghaire foghlaí" has a nice blas to it. Is file thú, A Aonghuis |

it means that the pirate comes alive in the smile, not really that the smile is false but the rougishness comes out in the smile...oh and if i changed it from "a pirate" to "the pirate" how would that change the translation? by the way- thank u guys so much!!!!!! :) |
