How do you say "safe passage?" bealach slán?

I can't seem to find a definition of "passage" that I can be confident doesn't mean "corridor" or "hallway" as opposed to the act of passing through a territory.

Bealach / nós / slí / treo all mean way / route / passage

As such bealach slán looks good to moi..

A people without a language of its own is only half a nation.A nation should guard its language more than its territories, 'tis a surer barrier and a more important frontier than mountain or river
