I found "ainligh" in Irish section of my dictionary and it gives the following:

ainligh vt (car etc) manoeuvre; (delicate situation) handle

Collins Irish Dictionary Second Edition 2006 (page 365)

But when look in the English section for manoeuvre and handle, neither of them even mention "ainligh." Now I know Collins isn't the greatest dictionary, but it is the only one I have with me at the moment.

Can someone tell me, and possible give me an example of the meaning of this verb?
