I am trying to translate 'Junior Championship Champions'

'Curaidh Chraobh Sóisir'

Would this be correct, its a double genitive so is the rule aspirate the first noun and then put the last into its genitive form??

'Curaidh Chraobh na Sóisear' is probably better.
