My leaving cert French is somewhat rusty, but I believe you need to download the programme by clicking on

"Télécharger le programme (Windows XP +)"

and then the word list by clicking on

"GAÉLIQUE IRLANDAIS"

There is a caveat about Non french versions of XP. But the link above should work since it is for "Dictionnaire FREELANG - Versions non françaises de Windows"
