Have you ever considered something shorter, i.e. two-three words long? Or you want a tatoo all over your back?

Gaelainn na Mumhan abú!

It won't rhyme, or be anything like as punchy, in Irish.

Agus dream an oilc ina seasamh buailte,
Táimse i'm sheasamh i measc mo naoimh.

Buailte = confounded? For me it means struck... You didn't mean "buartha" ?

By the way, i'd write:

Táimse im sheasamh i measc mo naomh

> "im" in one word in Munster Irish. Naomh is in genitive plural (naoimh is singular).

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/confound

Féach ciall uimhir 9: sin atá i gceist sa nath, dar liom.

Deacair teacht ar bealach cruinn le confounded a aistriú sa chiall sin. Bhíos ag úsáid "Buailte" mar "Defeated"

bualadh [ainm briathartha][ainmfhocal firinscneach]
buillí a thabhairt do dhuine nó do rud; an gráinne a bhaint de thuí le hinneall buailte; uibheacha no uachtar a ghreadadh go dtagann cúr orthu; preabadh go rialta (croí ag bualadh); múnlú (airgead a bhualadh); seinm (port a bhualadh); leagan (buaileadh breoite é); sroicheadh ar do chúrsa (gur bhuail siad cuan; buail isteach chugainn); troid (bhí bualadh mór ann); bua a fháil (bhuaileamar sa chluiche iad).

Maidir leis an gcuid eile, tá an cheart agat mar is gnách...seachas gur im' (uaschamóg tar éis an m) ba chirte dar liom, toisc gur "i mo" atá ann ó cheart.

Iarracht eile ón deireadh aniar a chairde:

Mise le mo naoimh cruinn thart orm
agus aos an oilc cloíte ceanntchrom

Nach féidir é a ghiorrú de litir amháin ar a laghad? ;-)

Mea culpa is grma a Dennis:

Mise le mo naoimh cruinn thart orm
agus aos an oilc cloíte ceannchrom.

Go maire tú a Dennis.

Athrú ó 'trom' a d'fhág leis an bhforainm intnáite mé (le feancadh intuigthe agat féin a bhaint as mo shleamchúis)!
