I am performing the song Siubhan Ni Dhuibhir this coming week, and am wondering first of all, how to pronounce it, and second, what it means. I would be very gratified if someone could help me out.

That name's equivalent in English would be something like Sue O'Dwyer.
Siubhán Ní Dhuibhir is pronounced like "shoo-ahn nyee ghih-vir", or in IPA [ʃuwanˠ ɲiː ɣɪβ´ɪɼ]
