In the Irish language, there's different ways of giving orders depending on whether you're talking to a single person or mutiple people. If it's singular, then: Má bhíonn cabhair de dhíth ort, iarr ar Dhia. Mura mbíonn, gabh buíochas le Dia. If plural, then: Má bhíonn cabhair de dhíth oraibh, iarraigí ar Dhia. Mura mbíonn, gabhaigí buíochas le Dia. The singular form would be more fitting for this tattoo, I'd say. Ná téigí i muinín focail Bhéarla a úsáid, údar truaillithe é sin dod chuid cainte.
