In the Irish language, there's different ways of giving orders depending on whether you're talking to a single person or mutiple people. If it's singular, then:

Má bhíonn cabhair de dhíth ort, iarr ar Dhia. Mura mbíonn, gabh buíochas le Dia.

If plural, then:

Má bhíonn cabhair de dhíth oraibh, iarraigí ar Dhia. Mura mbíonn, gabhaigí buíochas le Dia.

The singular form would be more fitting for this tattoo, I'd say.

Mura mbíonn téarma Gaeilge agaibh ar rud éigin, bígí cruthaitheach! Ná téigí i muinín focail Bhéarla a úsáid, údar truaillithe é sin dod chuid cainte.
