Few weeks down the Gaeltacht, we learn Irish and get to know each other before the big day! :D

-- Fáilte Roimh Cheartú --
Mura mbíonn téarma Gaeilge agaibh ar rud éigin, bígí cruthaitheach! Ná téigí i muinín focail Bhéarla a úsáid, údar truaillithe é sin dod chuid cainte.

Most irish speakers/learners have no friends, so getting to the marriage stage is a bit far off! Hoho!

I think we're waiting to see if Riona accepts FnaB's proposal.

Speak for yourself BRN!

A people without a language of its own is only half a nation.A nation should guard its language more than its territories, 'tis a surer barrier and a more important frontier than mountain or river

A Dhomhnaill a chara,

I think BRN was teasing, just like Fear na mbrog. This thread by its nature is for funniness now that we've gotten a hold on it.

"Speak for yourself BRN!"

Why don't you and I get married, Domhnall. Think of the angle. Two Domhnalls, an international connection just like Riona & FnB, and the natural fabulousness of it all for you-know-why!
