For all I know, this may not be a traditional Irish toast at all, but as a dedicated foodie and cook it just reached out and grabbed me, so I'd like the translation in Irish. It's quite far beyond my ken so if any of you can assist, I would be endebted. Thanks!

A full heart... Can you think of a different way of putting that in english...

Versions of it are traditional, but the "full heart" is wrong.
