quote:clú cónaí

looking to name my new place
like the first one but which one is more correct?
Neither, actually.
quote:context: of great food ,parties ,BBQ and
cool place to come and hang out etc or somthing like that
i love to entertain at my house
The first term that comes to mind, from an older Irish context, is "teach airneáin". FGB defines this as "a house frequented by night visitors", which makes it sound rather like a house of ill repute! But in fact, it harks back to a pre-TV age when people would regularly get together at night at some's house, usually a well-known venue, to tell stories, gossip, play games, and generally hang out.
quote:so i do think
clú had got to be in this somwhere
Well, you might could work in "clúiteach" (= famous).
Cá bhfuil do theach nua? Cén chomharsanacht (neighborhood)?
