I was listening to the free CD issued with the Irish Independent on Saturday, with Liam o Maonlai giving us the cupla focail

The following phrase is used:

Is as Ath Cliath domsa

I would have had "Is as Ath Claith mise" Is this incorrect or are the two interchangeable?
