This word popped up on another forum as a slow air title. I can't find either of the versions listed above nor anything similar in an un-lenited version. I think it's some form of Bí but am not certain. Old Irish, perhaps? Any help would be appreciated. Is minic a bhris beál duine a shrón. Fáilte roimh cheartú, go deo.

N'fheadar. B'fhéidir gur ainm duine atá i gceist. Feicim nach féidir leis an dream a cheol "Gan Ainm" a litriú, agus más rud é gur chuala siad an teideal, seans gur phioc siad suas mí cheart é. http://www.music-db.org/misc/a30a110c.html |

Tá sé sách aisteach nach bhfuil an fonn ar fáil ó aoinne eile ar líne. Táim go láidir den tuairim gur meancóg an teideal. |

Apparently it is "Booties" or "Leggings". I don't know the song but apparently it's about a priest involved in some rather "unpriestly" activities involving leggings or booties....at least, that's the conclusion on the other site. Sorry I couldn't put the word in context for you. That's all that was given to me. Is minic a bhris beál duine a shrón. Fáilte roimh cheartú, go deo.

"Buataisí" would be boots. I still suspect it was picked up wrong. |

"Bhuítis" By my ear, I would support they were picked up wrong as the first one could be an Irish word, but 2 could not, and 3 is suspect as they're not structured like normal irish words from a syllable perspective, so I *feel* |
