I saw a sentence from the old testament book of isaiah, 46:10 it read "déanfar mar a bheartaím agus gach is áil liom cuirfidh mé i gerích"
Could you help me in translation and show some grammar principles that would help me understand the meaning

A Aonghuis, which verb form is that with "déanfar"? It appears as seconary imperative to me, but I can't find it anywhere in Ó Siadhail.
