I'm not sure which preposition would be most appropriate, (e.g. "ar an", "den")

The Caighdeán uses "don Saol", but I think "don tSaol" is more popular. If I'm not mistaken, I've also seen "don tSaoil".

It is a form used in Tír Chonaill, Maigh Eo, Tuar Mhic Éadaigh, contae Seoise, An Rinn, Múscraí, Oileán Chléire.

"Don saol" is said in Cois Fhairraige and Corca Dhuibhne.
