Is the vowel in words such as bog, bolg, torann etc. rounded? And what about the one in scoil, doirse etc.?

It is rounded in all these words:
[bʷɔgˠ, bʷɔlˠəgˠ, t̪ˠɔɾɔn̪ˠ, skˠɔl, d̪ˠɔɼʃɪ]

Depends on the dialect.
While "bog", "bolg", and "torann" are probably rounded everywhere; "scoil" has unrounded vowel [e] in Conamara, "doirse" is pronounced with [i] in Munster
