13th Annual Irish Heritage Festival
13iú Féile Oidhreacht na hÉireann

I left out the 'annual' here Maureen for the sake of space. See the other thread for the longer version. Do you have an Irish language competition at that festival? If you'd be willing to organise a competition for reciting a poem in Irish, advertise it and find someone to judge it, I'll gladly contribute a Walnut Perpetual Plaque, see http://www.allstar-awards.com/perpetual-plaques/corporate/page7.html
It's just an idea. The Uisneach Award for Irish Poetry Recitation, maybe? If it doesn't work out this year, maybe you could think about it for next year. Well done for keeping the culture alive. Go néirí an t-ádh libh leis an bhféile is tá fáilte romhat,

Caitríona
