Im pretty sure rath cairn has some places that do immersion course all year round for students doing their leaving cert and learners. Thery are normally only a weekend or a week though if i remember correctyl. Not sure of any other places that do it outside of summer, the numbers wouldnt really be there but could be wrong

Oideas Gael in Donegal has an October 3-day weekend course:
27-30 October. 95 euro.

Further info: http://www.oideas-gael.com/Leathanacha/cursai.html

I've attended this course.
I'd recommend it highly.

Le gach dea-ghuí/
All the best, Paul

I second that recommendation on Oideas Gael. Not only do you get a great weekend immersion in Irish, but there's plenty of evening activities like dancing and listening to music. The teachers and staff are the best!
