So much for the romantic Irishman! No wonder there’s a fortune to be made in romantic novels. Nora Roberts abú! That’s an example of what the Irishman wants to say but not what the woman wants to hear. The most romantic sentiments in Irish come from songs, I think. The following would make many girls’ hearts melt but probably make the Irish lads queasy. My apologies to all you romantic lads out there and to those females who like none of this. I laugh whenever I read a summary for a Nora Roberts book. Those books seem to be either too explicit or too fantasy in a dark way for my taste, sometimes both. I do like songs full of romance though. Beir bua agus beannacht |
