1) Needs more context! Destined to what? "Tá sé i ndán do bás a fháil - he is destined to die

2) deartháir [ainmfhocal firinscneach]
mac athar agus máthar duine; macasamhail (deartháir don bhréag an béal bán).

3) Needs more context; If you mean a set of parenets and their children, it's "teaghlach"


teaghlach [ainmfhocal firinscneach den chéad díochlaonadh]
muintir an aon tí le chéile, lánúin agus a gclann
