I recently found these forums and they are a great help. I am trying to teach myself using "Learning Irish". What I would really like is to experience the language as much as I can since there are no speakers anywhere near me. I try to skim some of the pdfs from nuacht.com but they are over my head. I also am suscribed to An tImeall, an Irish podcast. Are there any videos available on the net or easy readings so I can pick up vocabulary? Thanks for any suggestions. |

You can ship yourself to Ireland for a couple weeks on a total immersion program. Works well, I hear. |

Hmmmm, would love to do that but I'm busy with school and such. Hopefully one day I will be able to go there. Who are the immersion programs set up through? |

Are you ciarog as in cockroach? And you'd have to ask the others about that. I've been looking my self. |
