ɾ and ɼ are for /r/ and /r´/, no? So what are the signal for /R/ and /R´/ and the slender semi-retroflexes /R΄/ and /r΄/?

/r/ = [ɾ]
/r'/ = [ɼ]
/R/ = [r]
/R'/ = [ɼ:]
