I've tried to reregister many times but I get a message that I'm already registered and yet my name appears as unregistered. Céard ba chóir dom a dhéanamh? Cead isteach led' thoil. Tá sé beagáinín uaigneach amuigh anseo. Who do I contact about this?

Caitriona,
at the top of this page you should see an orange bar that contains Username and Password fields. Enter both and login. If you've forgotten your password, let me know and I'll reset it and email it to the address that you registered with originally.

I reset your password and successfully tested your account by logging into it.
I sent your new password to the Hotmail address that you registered with. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder (Hotmail/MSN has an aggressive spam filter) for the email.
Last, you should be able to login from any computer that you are using, provided that you have your browser set to accept cookies (at least from originating sites).
