Today I noticed that Google have altered the major placenames all over in Ireland. In some places, Irish comes first with the English in brackets. eg Baile Átha Cliath (Dublin). A lot of towns are still in English eg. Leixlip, Tallaght, Swords, etc

It is still intermitently showing geographical features in either Irish or English. I can't figure out why.

I might write them a nice big email about it, or even better, pay a visit to Google EU Headquarters in Dublin.

Probably depending on volunteers to give them translations.

Google have been early adopters for multiple languages - I've used google in Irish for years now.
