Does anyone know how to say the Irish saying "Life is like a cup of tea, it's all in how you make it!" in Irish Gaelic? I've looked everywhere and i can't seem to find it. I need to know A.S.A.P. Thanks!

Ólann sé gach duine a chupán tae féin.

I kinda simplified it. "Everyone drinks his own cup of tea." If you think about it, you can let someone else brew it for you - but then you're still stuck drinking it if it tastes bad. If you want something done right......

Fág an focal "sé" ar lár san abairt sin, a Mhaidhc, agus beidh sí ceart go leor. Ólaim a lán tae, dála an scéil, agus ní chreidim an nath atá ag an mbean seo ar chor ar bith! Tá an t-uisce agus mar sin de tábhachtach, gan dabht, ach ní féidir cupán maith tae a dhéanamh gan duilleoga maithe. Meas tú an bhfuil sí ag iarraidh é sin a chur ar tuáille tae? ;-)

Grma a Dhennis as an gceartúcháin sin. Ní raibh cinnteach orm leis sin.
Fós, ólann an málabhean a chupán tae féin freisin. :-))

Correction : Ólann gach duine a chupán tae féin.

Le cabhrú leat, beidh mise ann,
Déan gáire is teaspánfaidh mé,

An-deas ar fad, a Fhiacc! Bualadh bos! Cá bhfuair tú é sin? Agus cé hé S. Bannister?

"Erin go Bragh" means Ireland forever.

By the way, the language is known as Irish and not Gaelige.

"Cá bhfuair tú é sin? Agus cé hé S. Bannister?".

Fuair mé é ón leabhair 'Gaelic Idioms, English-Irish' ag Garry Bannister, Forsai publications, 2004. Sílim gur aistriúcháin ón mBéarla é. Níl tuairim da laghad agam cé hé S. Bannister. Is dócha gur gaol den údar é.
