These imitated pronunciations are not exact, but I think they're entirely close enough for your purpose, and should be easy to get a handle on:
AL-vuh -- or like the name "Alvin" without the n
CAR-bruh -- or like Barbra with a C
ETH-nyuh -- like a cross between "ethnic" and the name of the singer Enya
