It looks like dodgy Irish:
na mairbh dirshliochtach: the dead who are descended
madra in ainm Punch: dog in the name of Punch

I suspect that latter should be
madra d'arbh ainm Punch: a dog named Punch

dírshliocht is "lineal descendants", so I suspect someone (ab)used a dictionary on that one!
