Hi - this is my first post! What a wonderful resource.

I've translated a menu for my Irish class to use tonight. (They will be practicing ordering food and drink in a restaurant.) But, I cannot find a translation for "Corned Beef" anywhere.

I assume I'd use mairteoil for "beef", but what would "corned" be? Is there a colloquial term?

Thanks for the help.
