By "family" I mean wife and kids only.

Clann only includes children, not wife (unless you've married your daughter :-D ).

Family is teaghlach.

--> Le mo theaghlach in aice liom,...

Maybe there is a better idiom for "I am complete", iomlán looks odd there.

Possibly Is duine slán mé agus mo theaghlach (in aice) liom. The primary meaning would be "I am a healthy man..." but it does have the secondary meaning "I am a whole/complete man..."
