1) Maybe change the colour of the Irish Only forum so that it's easily distinguishible from the English forum.
2) Have the interface in Irish in the Irish Only forum... for instance at the moment, when you edit your post, it appends "Message edited by bla bla on bla bla"... when it should say something like "Athraíodh an teachtair..."

Fear na mbróg,
the first is not easily done (it would require a separate stylesheet declaration) and the second is impossible at the moment.
I'll keep both suggestions in mind for future changes/improvements.
