A chairde --

Have any of you ever successfully used OCR software to recognise old script Irish? If so, what programme did you use, and what techniques did you need to apply? Was it able to successfully differentiate séimhiú from the síneadh fada?

Le meas,
Cionaodh

PS - my apologies about the erroneous thread title . . . the title of my last thread was somehow inserted and now can't seem to be edited.
