Im trying to make sense of this.
What does 'Go n-uige seo' mean?
Corrections welcome for the rest.

Go n-uige seo, is beag iarracht uilig a rinne na seirbhísí sláinte teagmháil a dhéanamh le fir lena spreagadh le hamharc ina ndiaidh féin

????,..nearly every/all? attempt made by the health services to make contact with men with an incentive to look after themselves.

"Go nuige seo" is a stock phrase meaning "until now"

is beag iarracht - very little attempt
lena spreagacdh - to encourage them

nuige [dobhriathar]
go nuige ((in abairt) go dtí (go nuige seo); go dtaga (go nuige a bhás); fiú (go nuige an t-ainmhí féin)).

"go nuige" and "go dtí" both go back to the Old Irish verb "do·icc", modern "tig". The first is originally "co tic(c)i" (until you come) and the latter "co tí" (until/so that he might come). Intermediate forms of "go nuige" such as "connicce" and "co dicci" are found with the prepositional meaning "as far as, up to".
