Or is there a more appropriate way of making that statement?

'Síocháin agus flúirse thú (or duit)' are what I think of first.

"agat" is correct, flúirse is a better word than cuimse in this case, cuimse needs a qualifying noun.

flúirse [ainmfhocal baininscneach den cheathrú díochlaonadh]
go leor, raidhse

cuimse [ainmfhocal baininscneach den cheathrú díochlaonadh]
suim nó cuid mhaith; teorainn (níl aon chuimse leis; dul thar cuimse leis).
