an raibh duine ar bith ar an DART i mBaC le déanaí?
Bhí mise ag dul ó Dheilginis (Dalkey)go BaC an deireadh seachtaine seo caite, agus ar an comhartha leictreonaic, chonaic mé go raibh an traein seo "ag dul ó dheas go Binn Éadair".....an leagan Béarla "northbound to Howth"
Ó dheas - south (southwards)
Ó thuaidh - north (northwards)
nach ea? nó b'fhéidir go bhfuil mise caillte.

Níl. Tá roinnt traenacha nua ann go bhfuil an leagan mí cheart acu, agus roinnt leis an leagan ceart.

I ndáiríre cad é an scéal le sin? Nach bhfuil Oifigeach Gaeilge nó duine atá ann agus aistriucháin, comharthaí agus araile mar dhualgais aige/aici? Duine atá fostaithe ag na h-udarais áitiúla déarfainn..

Bhíos ag triall go mBAC ar an mbus inniú agus chonac comhartha le "Baile an Ridire" scríofa air.. Leathnóiméad thuas an bóthar chonac comhartha eile le "Baile Ruaidhrí" scríofa air..
Dála an scéil - Balrothery i dtuaisceart atha cliath a bhí i gceist.. Nach bhfuil leagan oifigiúil?!?
Dont even get me started on the 7 versions i saw of CarrickMacRoss in Monaghan... In ainm dé!

Is scannal é gan amhras, tagraíonn Eamon Ó Cuiv dó i gcaint éigin, dhá ainm difríocht ar dhá thaobh na sráide.

I swear id translate them for free it annoys me that much! Once again sasannach's are to blame for translating everything into foreign nonsense, literally the names make no sense whatsoever in english..
