how would one render "The Flying Dutchman" as Gaeilge? An Ollanach ag Eitilt? I'm having trouble turning a verb (to fly) into an adjective like that without the 'ag' (or maybe there is no other way?)

The term actually refers to the captain, not the ship and is most likely slang for crazy, mad, etc
So, An Ollanach ar mire, perhaps?
