It looks as though you're looking for the Irish equivalent of the well known Latin phrase, "Carpe diem."
In English it's "Seize the day." Perhaps some native speaker can give you the translation common to Irish. |

Aroon or more properly a rún means sweetheart. Ochón is alas, woe. Ullagon {olagón} also has the same meaning and also means wailing and howling as in lamenting a death. |
