B'fhéidir Andrea=Aindrea nó Aindrias.

Nigel= Niall pet name for Niall=Niallán
Surprisingly, Nigel is also a form of Niall. When midieval scribes, working in Latin, wrote Niall they gave it the form Nigellus,as if it were the Latin word niger, (black). When interest was strong in things medieval in the nineteenth, this form was adopted as Nigel.

This information a got from Collins Gem IRISH FIRST NAMES.

The Irish for "name" is: / / ainm

The Irish for "soul" is: / / anam

There's a difference in pronounciation as well as in spelling:

ainm > /an'@m'/ (~anyim)
anam > /an@m/ (anum)
