Mo Chuisle (misspelled) Mo Cuishle in Clint eastwoods Million dollar Baby.

The short answer is "My Darling"


The long answer is that "cuisle" is pulse, and "a chuisle" is a traditional term of endearment, which is best translated as Darling.

Another example of how very little effort is put into getting an accurate spelling...

You should see the road signs where I live... they have a language that looks like Irish on them... it gets less disgusting every day -- you just get used to it!

The Irish passport and the Garda Age Card are two of few exceptions.
