Don't quit
Don't give it up

There's not enough stress to idicate "never" -- that would be:

Ná héirigh as choíche
Ná héirigh as go deo

Here's sample usage:

I gave up the cigarettes.
D'éirigh mé as na toitíní.

I quit the bakery.
D'éirgh mé as an mbácús.

Yeah, it literally means

"don't get up out of"

or don't give up, I think.
