Niether did I but I called Ethel for clarification.

They don't send out cards confirming your spot. They only send out the "sorry..too late" notice.

Essentially, no news is good news! See you both there!

Antiane,
Can we have a peak? Have you a webpage that can portray a digital copy of it?, if you don't mind that is. I'd like a look!

Antaine,

Bring a laptop and a CD. I'm bringing my digital SLR and CF card reader so we can just transfer from my camera to your laptop or if we need to, we can burn it to a disk.

Le meas,

James

a preliminary version is here.

In recent weeks I've written the translated incription on the back (search this board for it in english) made the ground grassy, added mountains and a shrub and a rock to aid in depth, improved ethel's face, the shading on the "ethel abú" banner and the shadows of raftery and develara. I also improved the shading on raftery's face and the wrinkles of the orange drape.

not to mention i got some flashback in the photo, but hey, if i get a better one i'll put it up...

For those of you who remember the way it used to be, I've also engraved my pipes with the celtic knot patterns I had applied previously with decals, in addition to replicating antler appointments to match the real antler ferrules on my chanter...
