A chairde,
Tá mé díreach tar éis mo chéad rang Gaidhlig a chríochnaigh.
Bhí sé ar fheabhas. Bhíomar ag obair le leabhar as cló le Roderick
MacKinnon. Ní raibh béim ar chomhrá sa rang, agus ba mhaith le
leabhar/dlúthdhiosca ROM do thosaitheoirí a fháil.
An bhfuil aon duine in ann módh maith a mholadh?
Tapaidh leibh,
Paul

Níl eolas agam faoi ROM mar sin, ach is dócha go mbeidh suim agat sa suíomh seo:

A Shéamais, a chara,
Go raibh maith agat arís. Is suíomh suimiúil e...

Mar gheall ní raibh béim mor ar chomhra sa rang Gaidhlig a bhí agam, táim ag lorg leabhair le téip no dlúthdhiosca. Is sé seo an ceann a fuair mé ar an idirlíon: Colloquial Scottish Gaelic: The Complete Course for Beginners with Cassette(s). An bhfuil taithí leis an leabhar seo ag éinne?

Míle maith agat/tapaidh leibh,
Paul

Moran taing!

Míle maith agaibh, a Pheadair agus a Sheosaimh, as an gcomhairle agus an eolas:

Tá mo chéad cúrsa Gaidhlig críochnaithe agam roimh um Nollag, agus ní bhéidh
an dara cúrsa ag tosnú go dtí Mí Aibrean. Ní mhaith liom a bheith as cleachtadh
san idirlinn. Sílim go gceannaóidh mé Colloquial Scottish Gaelic i gceann tamaillín.

Tapadh leibh.
Paul

Caithfead a rá gur fearr liomsa Scottish Gaelic in Three Months, ach níl Colloquial Scottish Gaelic go dona ach an oiread. Bain sult as!

Tá Scottish Gaelic in Three Months ar fheabhas, cinnte. An leabhar go háithrid, déarfainn gurb í an ceann is fearr de na trí cinn í, cé nach í an ceann is mó.

A Pheadair agus Jonas, a chairde,
Go raibh maith agaibh as bhur smaointe.

Hmmm. Scottish Gaelic in 3 Months, an ea?...
Rinne mé an cinneadh Colloquial Scottish Gaelic a cheannach,
ach tá mé idir dhá chomhairle anois.
Tá cara agam atá ag teagasc an teanga,
is mhol sé “Colloquial” agus “Teach Yourself” dom.

Ar aon nós, tá módh réasúnta maith uaim
mar gheall rinne mé mo dhícheall cuid beag
Gaidhlig a fhoghlaim, agus ní bheinn sasta
má bhí an cuid beag sin caillte agam.

Tapadh leibh agus moran taing (arís),
Paul
