A Chairde, I would like to translate into Irish, a portion of a Greek quote used by Robert Kennedy and later by his son Maxwell Kennedy. The quote is "...make gentle the life of this world." The best I can do is "...déan caoin an beo na domhan seo." Can you help me? Go raibh míle maith agaibh, Máire Eilís Ní Caoláin |

Déan caoin saol an domhain seo. Ní bheidh sé greanta ar eibhear, an mbeidh? It's not to be engraved in granite, is it? Actually, 'saol' (life) is also often the Irish translation of 'world'. |
