Ní bfhearr / níos fearr: I would understand both. The first may not be strictly according to the Cáighdéan Oifigiúl. Ag tús - at the start "leis an áit ar fad" in order to search the whole place |

It is much better. Tá sé i bhfad níos fearr. It was much better. Bhí sé i bhfad ní b'fhearr. The underlined parts indicate the tense -- and you can't mix the tenses. For instance, the following is garbage: Táim ní b'fhearr. Bhí sé níos fearr. ní b'fhearr = [ní] + [ba] + [fearr] níos fearr = [ní] + [is] + [fearr] Note here that "ba" is the past tense of "is"! |

Muise, sin é go díreach. Maith a fear, a FnaB. Bím dall ar rudaí mar sin. Is féidir braith ortsa rudaí a bhaineann le gramadach a chuir ina gceart. (de ghnáth ) |
