after a number of requests after the Jamison weekend...here is the recipie

Antaine's World Famous Beer Bread

sift
3 cups self rising flour and
2/3 cup sugar

combine with
12 oz beer

1/2 stick butter cut up and spread over top before cooking.
bake in small loaf pan in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hr

This will undoubtedly show my age and my lack of knowledge of the Imperial system but do you happen to know what those measurements would be in Metric?

3 cups=709.7647125 -or- 2.8390588 metric cups
3/4 cup=177.4411781 -or- 0.7097647 metric cups
12oz=354.8823563ml
350°F=180°C
50 mins=34.7md (<--millidays, if you're into metric time)
