i should have posted this link to the 6th interview, then you get links to the previous 5 at the bottom of the page. http://www.bbc.co.uk/northernireland/blas/education/ceanndubhrann6.shtml I just listened to the 4th one it it was about the future of the irish language as far as i could make out... as the interviewee says near the end "Beidh Gaeilge ann ach beidh sí truaillithe thar mar a bhí sí nuair a bhí mise ag éirí aníos." there will be irish, but it will be corrupted? compared to how it was when i was growing up. |

A chairde, I've found the Irish language resources on the BBCNI site to be consistently of a very high quality - with a clearly Ulster (Donegal) focus in the language used, for obvious reasons. Beir bua agus beannacht! Chris |
