Tricky. Is this a Social Club called "Meeting Friends", or a Social Club with the purpose of meeting Friends?

The former would be
Cumann Sóisialta "Buail le Cairde" - and the quotes matter.

The latter would be
Cumann sóisialta um buaileadh le Cairde.
