le grá ó Mhichelle

The common way to sign a letter where in English you would use kind regards is:
le gach dea ghuí (with best wishes)
or
beir bua (agus beannacht)

Michelle, a chara,

In addition to the reply posted above by Aonghus...

Le grá mór... With much love...

You will also find in common usage (Is mise) le meas... (I am) with respect...

or, simply, Do chara... Your friend...

Le meas,

Larry.
