Maith go leor, ach ná déan dearmad ar an urú (nó séimhiú): Cuimhnigh ar an ngealúint. The first consonant of 'gealúint' needs to be modified in this context. (Just in case this is for something permanent or formal like a book, a tatoo or stained glass.) |

Also, the spelling! All the offspring of the verb "geall" have two l's: geallúint, gealladh, gealltanas. Incidentally, I think "gealltanas" is the most widely accepted word for "promise". |

Cuimhnigh ar an ngeallúint. Cuimhnigh ar an ngealltanas. Both are correct. I would go with the first one. |
