I am opening a new retail gift shop and need to translate our name, "The Irish Cajun", (my grandmother was half Irish/half Cajun)into Irish and Scottish Gaelic. I have the Welsh translation. Can anyone help? Thanks.

An Cajún Éireannach
or
An Cajún Gaelach.

An Cajún Gaelach

would be preferable, it's more of a word of pride. "Éireannach" is more of a formal word, you'd see it on official documents like passports.
